Agile Ajax: BDD: Book Driven Development
A thoughtful post about designing and building example apps for books.
Some interesting points:
- Coming up with a site that is both plausible enough to make sense and silly enough to not get serious
- Using free templates to ensure a nice looking design without having to code it yourself
- Shovelling in extra features to illustrate concepts — features that a real app might not have
